Lauren Leavitt, M.D.

Lauren Leavitt, M.D., is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician who upholds a tradition of medical excellence as a third-generation physician. With 15 years of experience, her practice is grounded in a comprehensive approach to health that includes navigating new weight loss initiatives and urgent care. Her dedication to her patients is evident in the flexible healthcare solutions she offers at Amanecia Health, including telehealth and in-home visits, ensuring that care is accessible when and where it’s needed most. Her expertise in in-home urgent care highlights her commitment to delivering personalized, high-quality care directly to patients.
Lauren Leavitt, M.D., lives in Houston with her husband, Dallas Griffin, and their two active children. Outside of her medical practice, she enjoys spending time with her family and their many pets. She is passionate about maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Her commitment to her patients and her community reflects the core mission of Amanecia Health: to foster healthier, happier lives.
Ann Czarnik, M.D.
Co-Founder
Austin
Ann Czarnik, M.D., FACEP, is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician and Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia, where she was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, and completed her Emergency Medicine residency at Johns Hopkins University, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Czarnik spent nearly 17 years practicing emergency medicine in Austin, including nearly a decade as Assistant Program Director for the EM residency at Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin, with faculty appointments at both UT Austin and UT Southwestern. She co-founded Amanecia Health to deliver physician-led concierge medicine through telemedicine and in-home visits.
Ann Czarnik, M.D., lives in Austin with her husband, Jason Fernandez, and their two active children. Outside of her medical practice, she enjoys spending time with her family on Lake Austin, connecting with friends, and unwinding with a great book. She is passionate about maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Her commitment to her patients and her community embodies the core mission of Amanecia Health: to foster healthier, happier lives.
